Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sweets & Coffee by Mary Paz website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and to comply with these terms.

Orders and availability

Products are handmade and subject to availability. An order is a request that we may accept, confirm, adjust, or decline when availability, delivery, product information, or payment details require clarification. Product photographs are representative; each handmade item may vary slightly.

Food information

Review the ingredients and allergen information on each product page and product label before ordering. Our gluten-free alfajores are prepared in a separate production session, but they are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat; they are not third-party certified or batch-tested.

Delivery and pickup

Local delivery is available in Medina and nearby areas according to the delivery options, fees, minimum order, and requested windows presented at checkout. A requested delivery time is not a guaranteed appointment; final timing is subject to inventory and driver confirmation. Event pickup is offered only when a current event, collection location, and pickup window are specifically listed. Shipping is not available.

Cancellations, returns, and order problems

Food products prepared or reserved for a specific order are not returnable. Cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy. For incorrect or damaged orders, contact hello@sweets-coffee.com within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with your order number and, when relevant, a photograph.
