Shipping policy

Local delivery and confirmed event pickup only. We do not ship orders at launch.

Local delivery has a $24 minimum order. The delivery fee is $8 for addresses within 5 miles of our Medina location and $16 for addresses from 5.1 to 10 miles. Addresses from 10.1 to 40 miles require a separate quote and confirmation and are not eligible for automatic checkout.

Delivery service is available Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Requested windows are 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., 12:00–4:00 p.m., and 4:00–8:00 p.m. We confirm the requested window after checkout.

For Medina orders, 30 minutes is the minimum advance notice only when the products are in stock and a driver is confirmed. It is not a guaranteed arrival time. Orders above 10 boxes require manual approval and at least one day's notice.

Event pickup is offered only for a confirmed event, location, date, window, and ordering cutoff.

Storage instructions vary by product. Alfajores: keep in a cool place; do not refrigerate. Chocotejas: refrigerate for best quality; otherwise keep in a cool place.
