TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern purchases from Sweets & Coffee by Mary Paz, a brand of Erie & Andes Group LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Our products are handmade in small batches. Product images are representative; slight variations in appearance, packaging, and availability may occur. We may limit quantities or cancel orders when an item becomes unavailable.

ALLERGENS AND GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS
Products may contain or come into contact with milk, egg, wheat, coconut, tree nuts, soy, and other allergens. Gluten-Free Alfajores are prepared in a separate production session using dedicated trays and tools, but are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat. They are not third-party certified or batch-tested. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and contacting us before ordering when they have dietary or allergy concerns.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Delivery availability, fees, minimum order requirements, and eligible areas are shown at checkout. We may contact you to coordinate a delivery or pickup window. Please provide accurate contact and order details.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Because our food products are perishable, returns are accepted only for unopened items and must be requested on the same day as delivery or pickup. Contact hello@sweets-coffee.com promptly with your order details. We review requests case by case and will remedy verified order issues as appropriate.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed.
